The Origins of Twiz

We founded Twiz in college. Our goal? To create a full-service marketing agency to help SaaS companies. At first, we didn’t offer software. We worked hard at writing blog posts, advising companies on marketing strategies, and creating visual media, like 3D models and graphic design. Within months, our company was generating six-figure revenues and partnering with major names, like Neil Patel.

In 2021, we rolled out our software. Our tools allow you to send, receive, and track referrals between agencies. You could click on an analytics page to see how your referrals were doing, and you could adjust your language over time to court more clients and partners. We grew from producing roughly $2,000 a month to more than $28,000 a month in less than a year thanks to our software.

We now offer a complete package of marketing services. You can order writing, sales, design, and video services from us. You can also use our software, even for free, to track your referrals over time.

Bubble.io

Bubble.io was the engine for developing our software, and it’s the tool we recommend the most, especially as your SaaS is getting started. Learning how to use Bubble is easy.

You can start an account for free and make your app immediately. Each page has an element tree you can use to build various items. You can adjust the text, visuals, and other features. When you’ve made the modifications you want, you can preview the function and make more edits.

We highly recommend using workflows on the backend to organize your projects and track your progress. Bubble’s ability to make complex yet easy-to-find workflows helps it stand out from similar tools.

You can also use Bubble to make your data private and harder for hackers to access. We recommend setting privacy rules for various tasks and letting your users know you are taking steps to protect their information. Being transparent with your clients about their information can help you build and maintain client relationships

Airdev

You can connect Airdev with Bubble by selecting the Airdev template in Bubble. You can also add it as an extension to Google Chrome, which will let you use Airdev without having Bubble open.

Once you’ve connected Airdev to Bubble, you can shop for tools and templates on Airdev and place them on your Bubble app. Airdev offers hundreds of extensions, including data tables and form popups, so you can avoid making custom codes for most projects. You can also send links to these tools through messengers or comments.

Do not just drop the extensions into your Bubble app. Preview how they look, and make adjustments so they match your app’s tone and style. Use Bubble’s backend to track your workflows so all extensions and pages connect well.

ChatGPT

ChatGPT wasn’t around when we were designing our software. You can use it to develop your SaaS and write content for your website, but we recommend being careful. Google frowns upon AI-generated posts for SEO purposes, and ChatGPT writing can be flat or poorly worded.

We recommend using ChatGPT to generate ideas. Before launching an app or a service, ask ChatGPT about the features your product should have. You can also ask the software to give you an app’s name or ideas for developing the right team for your service. If you’re brainstorming on Loom, you can take the transcript of your conversation and ask ChatGPT to create a product outline or another piece of writing based on the transcript.

We also recommend creating sequences. You can ask ChatGPT to create a sequence of messages for users using your app for the first time. In addition, you can create a sequence of emails to retain users who are not using your app or are considering leaving. Read these messages out loud, and make sure they sound natural and fluid.

You can furthermore use ChatGPT to write emails and email templates, blog posts, or landing pages. You can de-index these pieces of writing so Google does not drop your ranking. Your website content should reflect current concerns and information, so you must update your writing over time. Read your landing pages every few months and add more recent outbound links or features you’ve added to your products.

ClickUp

a team working on their computers

ClickUp is an excellent tool for creating a sales plan and a development pipeline. You can create tasks on the platform, assign them to employees, and track their progress. If you need to hire freelance employees, you can track how long employees are taking and pay them based on how many hours they work.

ClickUp is very easy to use with ChatGPT. If ChatGPT gives you an idea or step for a development process, you can copy it and paste it into ClickUp, then assign it to a user. You can write comments and attach documents to give further instructions to the employee.
